Buying a home is hard...buying a home in another city is even harder! When my husband and I decided we wanted to move to Spokane from the West side, a friend referred us to Natalia. She has been a total blessing! We planned to come over to look at houses Labor Day weekend...even though Natalia had family plans, she set up someone to show us a list of houses...we made the 5 hour drive only to find out every house we were supposed to see had accepted offers that morning! Even being out of town, Natalia was able to get on the phone and find us 4 more houses to look at that same day!If there was a house we wanted to see but couldn’t get out of town, she offered to FaceTime us and show it. When we had to have exterminators do an inspection, she met with him on our behalf. She was always there to answer our questions and give us her expert opinion and knowledge. She helped us make a good offer and we actually bought the house for thousands less than it appraised for, giving us instant equity!We’re now on our way to pick up the keys to our new home and startour new adventure.
