Selling a house in this market can be considered very easy due to low inventory. However, this doesn’t apply to selling a property at Boca West, where the pool of buyers is very limited due to the mandatory membership purchase. We had our property listed for more than eight months without any decent offers. It wasn’t until I contacted Natalia that things changed. She visited the condo, evaluated it, and called me to discuss a more competitive listing price. She also asked if she could make some changes to make it more appealing to buyers.
