We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Natalia Purisaca. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about finding the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Natalia, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on (she would present us with an excellent picture book of the properties, details of upcoming projects around the area, and more!), and she helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to offer; she took us to see at least ten homes. When we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Natalia walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us.
