I originally chose Natalia as our agent in 2014 when she was the very first to respond to my search for an Aventura specialist. Her response was not only fast, she answered my many questions and concerns. Our family met with her, listed the property and soon she brought us an exceptional offer. In 2020 I listed our Delvista Condo with Natalia, during the height of the Covid restrictions. I live out of state and Natalia dealt professionally with numerous roadblocks - she even brought in a cleaning crew and did her own staging to prepare the unit for showings. I did not want various agents and unqualified buyers coming in the home so Natalia was present at every showing. She would follow up with me regularly and was always available throughout the process. When I was finally able to come from out of state, she met with me and brought a qualified buyer within 3 days !! Even with MANY obstacles she brought me a strong offer and we closed on time. I chose to list with Natalia again after 6 years because her strong work ethic and experience are top notch while she is personably warm and honest.
