Natasha helped us sell our home in Alexandria, Virginia. It's an older home, build in the '50s...and it had its share of renovations and such that come with any property that old...which needed looking after. We live out of state, so it was never going to be easy for us to get everything done. Natasha was a dream to work with. She took a huge weight off our shoulders, and helped us arrange contractors, handyman, and materials to get the home ready to sell. She is honest, conscientious, knowledgeable, proactive and a great negotiator. Moreover, she brings an owner's mentality to the whole home sales journey--we truly felt she was inhabiting our interests at every step of the process. I highly, highly recommend Natasha...without reservation.

Natasha knows her stuff and gets the job done. Efficient, smart, budget friendly (we needed some repairs done) and knows everything about all sides of the business... This was just start to finish- a great job. From our end, it was EASY. From her end- I know she did soooo much work. She didn't complain, fuss or make us feel like "problem clients". We live overseas in New Zealand so she really had to put in her time and dedication from managing the move out of our tenants, to prepping the house for sale (required some renovations) and then actually showing and selling the home. In my opinion, this was all done in record time- because it was a LOT of work. She made it seem effortless even though I know it wasn't. One awesome part too is the fact that for all the reno, she was so budget friendly- actually shopping around to save us money and it still turned out beautiful. She fixed little things herself, just because she can- I love that about her. Her no- nonsense attitude means time is not wasted which, with a busy life, I really appreciated. She gets it done and does it right.
