We met Natalia through a friend of ours in Canton who's house sold in 2 hours! We wanted to sell quickly also because we were planning on moving back to our rental house which was recently vacant. Natalia told us to give her 30 days to see if our newer house would sell. If not, we would have to find renters because we couldn't afford 2 house payments. We were so happy to get our offer with-in a week! The process went smooth because she handled everything for us. She answered every question with an educated answer and believe me this lady knows what to do to sell your house and she does it well! We highly recommend her to anyone. Very happy with the whole process from beginning to end. She helped us with every step of the way. Although paying the real estate commision was the down side, that's the price you have to pay if you can't sell it yourself and we didn't know anything about how to do it. We found out we really needed her help and she was compensated nicely. We remain facebook friends after the sell. Its been a year ago. She's a very good agent I'm positive you need her on your side!
