We were so lucky to be introduced to Natalia Bassova by our mutual friend who had a great experience with her as their agent. Natalia was very knowledgeable and professional. She made sure we were informed and comfortable throughout the purchase of our home in Breckenridge by communicating with us every step of the way. We would highly recommend Natalia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Summit County. Thanks, Natalia.

Natalia Bassova was a fantastic real estate agent from start to finish. We were not sure if we really wanted to commit to buying a home in the Summit County area yet. Natalia stuck with us the whole way, showing us all of the houses we wanted to see within a few days of asking. The house we settled on was actually one Natalia found for us, and it was a perfect fit. This was our first out of state vacation home purchase and Natalia was a huge help, guiding us through negotiating an initial offer, coordinating our inspection and all repairs and finalizing everything through closing. Natalia was always very responsive to our calls, emails and text messages and we wouldn't hesitate to return to her for any other real estate needs in the future. Thanks Natalia for finding us a beautiful house in Breckenridge.

Natalia is a pro. She knows the Summit County market very well and quickly understood exactly what we were looking for. She consistently showed us properties that matched our needs. Almost every home she recommended was a good fit. When it came time to get a mortgage, Natalia guided us through the process and made our deal smooth and stress-free. We purchased our townhome in Breckenridge and have been enjoying it very much. I would highly recommend Natalia Bassova to my friends and to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in Summit County.

Fun couple of days in Breckenridge, CO

Natasha was a fantastic agent to work with! Through the process of getting a second home in Summit County she was always attentive and professional, and negotiated well on our behalf. Being Scandinavian, we likely needed lots of extra advice, but she was always incredibly patient with our /sometimes stupid/ questions and requests. We would recommend her to anyone, and if we decide to move she'll be the one we contact.

Natasha is a fantastic agent, with a realistic approach to the Real Estate market in Summit County. She has been in the market for over 10 years and has a solid understanding of the unique market in the mountain communities including, primary residences, vacation homes, second homes, and rental homes and condos. Natasha is an excellent negotiator and truly puts her clients first. I encourage you to take the time to meet with her if you are looking for a home or second home in the mountains. A++
