Natalee has many years of experience. Our home sale was remote. We feel this diminished the experience for us as sellers. We felt if we were present we would have had more interaction and support. We saw the home just before the sale. There was much more freshening needed, which wasn’t relayed by Natalee. If the freshening had been done, we feel we could have gotten our initial asking price.
