She was instrumental during the negotiating process working day and night to meet pricing and closing specifications that my mother needed to make the important move possible. Nastassia (Nati) is absolutely amazing. Thanks to her we were able to find a beautiful place to call home in less than a week at a great price and were able to close on a tight timeline! This was our second time working with Nati as the first time she helped us find our rental when we first landed in Miami one year ago. This time Nati helped us find our first our first condo purchase. We didn't have much time to look because we had an exploding contract for the place we were currently renters in and we were pregnant and due soon.
