Nasser did a great job of being present throughout the entire new build process. During the contract and negotiation phase in building our new home he negotiated a fair price with the amenities that we desired in our new home. During the build he attended all the construction meetings and imparted his experience when needed. He was available via text for any questions or concerns that arose. I would never take on a new build without having an experienced realtor like Nasser on your side.
