Naomi Reetz

Naomi is an absolutely amazing real estate agent. We met her casually at an open house when we were first starting to think about buying a house, then, almost a year later when we got serious, a few months into the pandemic, she was recommended to us by a friend. She's a wonderful human being, great to tour houses with, and our kids loved her. Work-wise, it was like house hunting with a house inspector—she isn't one, but she's worked with them for so long that she can often spot trouble right off the bat. Not only that, she has a rolodex of contractors and inspectors, and so far, every single one we've used has been amazing—her recommendations are good and worth listening to. Because of the pandemic and the resulting housing shortage, we spent basically half a year looking at houses with her (we probably saw over fifty houses with her), and over that period, ran into a variety of folks who'd worked with her either professionally or had her representing them in a house purchase. All of them were excited to see her and greeted her like an old friend. She won't sugar coat things, though, and will tell you in half a second if she sees something that worries her. We ended up purchasing a house from someone who was...erratic, and she maneuvered the delicate situation deftly and with care, and even after the purchase was completed, continued to check on us and frankly went far beyond what anyone should reasonably expect from a real estate agent. Our kids miss seeing her on a weekly basis, as do we—she was the one good note in trying to find and buy a house during a pandemic.

Naomi helped me and my husband sell our first house, where we had lived for 12 years. We were new to selling and very nervous! She went above and beyond, spending time talking us through every step of the process, helping me to cull and curate our belongings and make repairs to get the house ready to sell. I really loved that she let us leave some personality in our house and recognized that, with two kids and a dog, the house had to remain livable during the process. Thanks to her hard work, our house sold pre-market at asking price! We could not be more thrilled with her services and, on top of that, she is just a delightful, funny, kind person. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

What? There's no way to give more than 5 stars?? What a shame, because Naomi deserves those stars and more. We thought our first realtor team was good, but then came along Naomi. No comparison necessary. We had a beautiful but difficult house to sell - one that had been on the market for several months before we took it off the market and then relisted it with Naomi. She was the definition of "work your butt off", while being professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fun. By the end of the process, we wished we had another house to sell. Who knew selling a house hard-to-sell house would be enjoyable?

Naomi was recommended to me by a friend who had enjoyed working with her- and I am so glad they did! Naomi was a pleasure to work with she's realistic with out being negative, and happy to explain the process at your speed. She gives you a very thorough picture at the beginning but continues to explain the process as you go. When you work with Naomi she's going to have your best interest at heart and work with you to find the place that fits you best.
