Nanette started her career in the Technology Industry working for multiple Fortune 500 companies, as a Marketing System Analyst, specializing in Office Automation Technical Tools and Applications. She has always enjoyed helping her business clients, and has applied this knowledge to the Real Estate Industry. Nanette earned her real estate license in 1992, and has been involved in the Real Estate Industry as a Realtor, and also as a Real Estate Technology Consultant/Trainer with expertise in Real Estate Technology and Marketing. In 2005 Nanette joined the Team of Guarino and Associates, winner of many prestigious awards including Prudential's Top of the Rock Award and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox and Roach Chairman's Gold Award. Buyers benefit from Nanette's knowledge of Real Estate and Bucks and Montgomery County areas in showing them the best values to suit their needs. Nanette also specializes in listing and selling single family homes, townhouses, condos and new construction as well as marketing of Historic Homes. In 2008, she was asked to head up the Fox & Roach Charities for the Doylestown office. This is a non-profit corporation that is a public charity for the benefit over 150 Delaware Valley charities. Through Nanette efforts, thousands of dollars have been given to local charities in the Doylestown area. Nanette continues to put her dedication and passion to work guiding the agents in the Doylestown Office on their successful efforts to give back to the community.

Excellent Realtor I would recommend

Nanette was extremely active in keeping me informed of the status of the house sale and all the items that needed to be done on my part and anything that should be done to enhance the house sale. Nanette also provided information daily and weekly on the status of the showings until we had a firm bid. Over all she kept me informed on all the areas that were important!
