Nandik helped us buy our first home in Bay Area. He is a terrific realtor. So much so, that he could land our dream home within 1 week of us meeting. We were online browsing for homes in Zillow for 2-3 months before reaching out to Nandik. We were staying out of state when we met Nandik and searching house virtually made us more anxious. We talked to him about our needs/requirements in a property over phone on Sunday, did a virtual tour of a place on Tuesday, had an offer on Wednesday and got the house into a contract on Thursday. We literally online shopped our house because of Nandik! He helped with virtual tour and explained every feature of the house. For example: He even let us know that our patio had cracks which were not visible clearly, how couple of floorboards were dislocated and helped us to get a realistic expectation of the house. And all this was done over the video call! He has always given us an honest opinion and have always been quick in responding our queries. he made sure to get us the property we love and spared us from unexpected. In our case, he explained us when and how we should overbid and if we chose to overbid how it would affect our loan and appraisal further down the lane. Overall its been a very good experience working with Nandik and definitely recommend him for the rest of the buyers .

I bought my first home recently with Nandik, who was referred by a close friend of mine. The whole experience was very pleasing and smooth. Going into it, being my first time in the housing market, the whole process seemed inscrutable and intimidating. Nandik was patient in helping me understand the housing market dynamics in the Bay Area and letting me figure out for myself what kind of property I wanted, and the risks and pitfalls of buying in certain neighborhoods. It took a long time to find a property that I liked and that also agreed with my budget, but Nandik has been patient, accomodating and understanding the entire time. Being the unique pandemic times in 2021, there weren't many open-houses going around, so most of the house tours needed to be booked individually and Nandik did a great job having me tour the properties I shortlisted, working around my office times and sometimes even as late as 7pm. He would give an honest opinion about the properties we toured and never pressured me into going for a property or otherwise. He is extremely quick to respond, and professional in his interactions. Especially during the contract period, when time is of the absolute essence, the timely responses and the helpful phone calls even at late hours were greatly appreciated, and I am thankful for all the hard work and effort he put in :) I would definitely recommend Nandik to my friends looking to buy a house or any first-time home buyers in the Bay Area. We worked with Nandik to buy our first home. Market wasn’t favorable but working with Nandik definitely made it less stressful. He understood our requirement very well and used to give genuine feedbacks on short listed properties.
