Nancy is very professional, respectful and enthusiastic. She listens to what your needs are and efficiently tríes to fill them. She is very knowledgeable of the current market. When she accompanied us on our house viewings, she was very keen on finding potential serious problems with a house; which went beyond the cosmetics of a property.

I have worked with Nancy a couple times. The last one was a small irrigated farm that I needed to sell. Due to a severe downturn in our local economy it did take a while to sell. Nancy never lost her enthusiasm and continued to market it. We got it sold for what I needed out of the property. I think the most important thing for me was I always knew no matter what she would be honest with me.

Nancy was great to work with. She is warm and personable, enthusiastic and professional. She was responsive and prompt when I had a question and guided me expertly through the negotiation process. I felt well taken care of.

Very professional, attentive and proactive. Although we chose to not relocate to the area Nancy works, I can recommend her based on my experience. There were several listings I had very detailed questions related to and Nancy did all the homework necessary to address them.
