Tried to schedule a meeting with this agent to look at a house that I was interested in. Asked her about what HOA includes; she tells me there weren’t any. The time that I requested to see the house was not available as well, fine. Chose another time and confirmed. 90 mins before my scheduled appointment, she changed the time and said that there are now hoa fees. That’s a pretty important piece of information to leave out for that amount of time. Very unprofessional and told me that my business is not valued there. Obviously
