We had been looking semi-seriously for over a year before we were put in contact with Nancy. She helped us really narrow our search and find out, based on her intimate knowledge of Chico and the surrounding areas, exactly what we were looking for in a house. She explained every part of the escrow process in a way that was easily understood by both of us --even our baby daughter loves her.
