Stay away from this realtor and her husband. They're both very dishonest and unprofessional! They knew about major plumbing problems with Dad's new house and did not disclose the information. Her husband John distracted the home inspector by talking about where to eat the best chili dogs in town! Her husband also lied to me about all that he would fix after we closed on Dad's house! Save yourself a lot of money, disappointment and problems by avoiding using Nancy and John as your realtors please!
