This was shown in here ability to lower my down payment cost under 2,000 dollars, lowering the interest rate from an average 6.25 rate to 4.25, and executing all the necessary documents and negotiations within 1 week!!! -- Truly cares for you. This was shown by her respecting your choice on how high or low you are willing to go without pushing you to get a more expensive house. In fact, she would say "I can find you a house just like that for a cheaper price." She does micro details that are hard to explain but truly show the dedication and care for her customer. --Above and beyond. When I was unable to go and attend crucial steps in the buying process, she would go out of her way to ensure she attended them. When I did not know or wanted to fight back on something she would give me here option and still push hard to fight for me. Ex: when I felt the cause of the flooring was too expensive, she investigated the prices and questions the seller until I was satisfied. When I asked for information out of her scope she would execute with one question asked. Ex: I wanted to knowledge on renting rooms she went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me all the information I would need!!! All I would have to do is find the renter. Truly I could not have asked for a better partner in crime for the house hunting process.
