Nancy helped the reviewer sell this property

Outstanding, personable and extremely helpful

When I first met with Nancy, in my parents home of 62 years, I said I wanted to sell it "as is." Nancy looked it over and said it needed some work to make it look better for listing. It was the best advice! Nancy proceeded to make suggestions. She also provided people who could do the work, that needed to be done. She communicated with all the workers, so I did not have to think about what needed to think about it. Nancy's knowledge of the market was spot on! Nancy is extremely professional, and also very personable. She helped me make difficult decisions. She supported me emotionally, as I went through my parents home, uncovering many memories. My husband and I highly recommend Nancy!
