This happened days before a scheduled international vacation. Nancy was able to work with my insurance and a licensed contractor to get the repairs done while I was out of the country. By the time I got back, she had the house ready to show. Once we got a buyer, Nancy and I spoke daily to close escrow. She was absolutely fantastic to work with and I would recommend her to anyone!
