Nancy was our 4th agent that we went through. Nobody else wanted to work with us on properties outside of their area, but Nancy, she drove over an hour to show us a home. She explained everything in detail along the way. She gave us honest answers instead of blowing smoke in the air just to make a sale. She met with us when the home inspector was doing his thing. She made sure that communications between us and the seller where answered in a timely manner. Everything happened in a timely manner and no time was wasted. I was on deployment and she was able to help we get everything I needed to get paperwork completed. She is very knowledgeable in the job that she does.
