Nancy sold my house within 1 open house, with 3 offers. The setup and viewing was without incident. I was also given references and assistance on all of the things I needed to do to get the house ready for closing. I was also lucky to set up a "swap" closing with the purchase of the townhome the approved buyers was selling. Nancy helped me navigate that complicated process as well.
