Nancy Stabinski went 1000% percent above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent. My situation was unique in that I was looking for an investment property in an area of Florida that did not have a lot of options. She helped me look for 10 months and was patient with my search and helped me make reasonable offers on viable properties. She also did due diligence on my behalf when seller agents lied and misrepresented their listings. She uncovered the false information and let me know what was actually true to protect me from getting scammed in a deal. When my dream property came up for sale, she gave me the information I needed to make the deal happen and advocated on my behalf. Thanks to Nancy I now own my dream property in Ft. Lauderdale that I never would have obtained without her, especially having little knowledge of the market being from out of State. Nancy is the only real estate agent I would ever work with again if I needed to buy or sell a property in South Florida. Nancy is also a really nice person and great to get along with.
