NANCY SONES

I had the blessing of selling three houses over a period of six months. Two were out of state, but one was with Nancy here in Beaumont California. Nancy did a superb job to the extent that she kept in touch with me regularly, unlike the other two, which were in Oregon and Washington, states. Her knowledge and her passion for what she does, and her passion for working with people created an environment that not only provided the sale of the property but a great, after sale feeling of a job well done.

Was going to hire a Palm Springs agent being closer to my home, but Nancy assured me that she may not live in Palm Springs but she could be there fast for a potential buyer and she has never let me down when it came to that. She exceeded herself from the basics of a regular agent and put 100% of herself to help me, and understand my concerns, along with explaining things to me which made sense. I appreciate her deeply and I am glad that I chose her. Also, to add on this review, She found the best home ever for me here in Beaumont with a panoramic view of the mountains including everything that I requested in a home. Could not have done a better job for me and I would recommend her to everyone!!!!

Nancy worked so hard on this sale, she made my my responsibilities so much easier.!
