Nancy was a complete delight to work with. Always positive and upbeat. Her kind and sensitive demeanor allowed our mother to trust Nancy with what could have been very emotional and difficult decisions. Nancy communicated a great deal of market knowledge and trends in the area market making it easy to trust her with her realistic pricing strategy. Nancy also used her many connections in the construction and remodeling trades to present our house to as many potential clients as necessary to close the deal. We were in an uncomfortable position of transitioning our mother into long term care. Nancy's experience and knowledge made it easy to work with all of the involved parties representing both sides of the sale. Nancy was able to anticipate and prepare the necessary documents the lawyers needed to prior to the close of the sale, sometimes even helping the lawyers prepare for the closing which occurred in just weeks without my mother or a family member present at the closing (the lawyers were there... what? You think we are crazy?) Everything went smoothly which was a great relief to us, as anybody who has been in a similar situation can attest... fewer phone calls in an otherwise difficult time. We took advantage of Nancy's knowledge and experience and recommend her to everybody, especially those in similar situations, or those who are planning to move into the area and have limited time and knowledge of the area and market.

We thought Nancy did a great job, very aggressive, conscientious and even went beyond the call of duty. She would definitely be on your team and do her best for you. She has always been readily available and never shirked from answering questions.

We can not stress enough how amazing of a person Nancy is! She is on top of everything you want or think you want in a new home! She is so knowledgeable about so many different things. As first time home buyer’s, we felt so comfortable asking questions to Nancy! If she did not know the answer to our questions, she would find the answer and get back to us as soon as possible. I was referred to Nancy through Coldwell Banker from another agent out-of-state, where I relocated to Chicago from. She immediately reached out to me initially and got a feel for what I was looking to buy. While she ended up taking me to a listing I'd identified and helped me negotiate an offer, there were a few big mistakes. First, Nancy accepted an offer at our agreed price, but did not first confirm with me that a difference in price would come in closing cost credits vs. the total I would need to finance. Second, the contract was erroneously drafted up to reflect a 5% EM payment instead of the $5,000 agreed in the accepted offer. Finally, and most shocking, Nancy provided me with the wrong wiring instructions because she went to get them herself and didn't check their accuracy with the listing agent. This meant that almost $33K of my money went missing for a week; my attorney informed me of the mistake, because Nancy didn't, and when I tried to discuss it with Nancy, she lied about the mistake. I ended up asking her to cease involvement in the transaction, and handled the final few weeks alone, with my attorney only. I reported this to the referral office who had put us in touch, and Nancy made a claim that she had visited the property to check up on punch list items, which was also later confirmed with the listing agent to be false. Truly, one mistake that snowballed into several lies to try and absolve responsibility. I'm thankful this wasn't my first time purchasing a home, or else I would have been absolutely beside myself. Had Nancy been honest and transparent about the mistake, we could have turned the situation around and had a more positive experience.

Nancy is absolutely fantastic! She is very personable, easy to get ahold of, very knowledgeable, and always on the side of her client. Dedicated is an understatement with regards to Nancy, as we couldn't say enough good things about her. She has bought and sold 3 homes for us, and look forward to working with her again soon!
