Nancy is EXCELLENT

Nancy has great market instincts and provides outstanding advice throughout the process. I felt like everything was on auto-pilot (in a good way!), because Nancy was hard at work behind-the-scenes and demonstrated, early on, that she understood our interests. Nancy earned my trust, and I can't emphasize enough how important that is when selling a home (especially when out of state). She's also diligent and efficient. I would pick Nancy again in a heartbeat. Strongly recommend.
