Nancy Skokan sold our home within 3 months of listing it. She made time to do open houses. She is a take charge kind of agent. She fixes issues as they arrive and keep the owner aware of repairs and any changes that took place immediately as not to loose the deal. She is amazing. She was very good on quick solutions when an issue came up on the buyers agent being short. Had she not reacted as she did I could have been set back on the closing.
