This was our second time working with Nancy and Dan, this time to sell our first home and buy our second home. They were knowledgeable, prompt, and responsive. When we ran into a setback with the sale of our home, Dan and Nancy helped to keep us calm and guided us through it with aplomb and professionalism. Nancy was absolutely amazing from day 1 - Upon our first meeting, we were provided with a folder full of information; she walked us through all the steps so we knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. Nancy always made herself available; very responsive to email & text. She was very prompt in setting up showings so we wouldn’t miss out on any opportunity. She came prepared to every showing with additional information on the property & followed up on any additional questions we had. Nancy and her husband Dan make such an awesome real estate team! They truly treated us like family, and we were confident they always had our best interests in mind. Nancy even went out of her way to complete/receive her WI licensing knowing western WI was on our radar! In the end, she got us into our dream home...in WI!
