Nancy Understands the market And understood our goals and expectations. Our home sold very quickly as we expected it would. She was instrumental in getting a great price. It was marketed very well and she selected an excellent team to get pictures taken and helped with staging needs. We weren’t really involved with the overall process of the sale as our home was a relocation but she was willing to take on our relocation company and the challenges it brought with it. I would recommend her as she is willing to listen and understand what are her clients needs.
