"Nancy was the listing agent on the property and although we initially saw the property with another agent, we wanted to use Nancy to represent us and didn't feel that it would be right for her to have to split the commission because the other agent never followed up with us. At no point in time did Nancy try and persuade us to go direct to her even though we have our home on the market and we could have used the agent that currently has our home listed which is another agency, but felt that Nancy could represent us without conflict with the sellers.
