Nancy Rosaler has always been professional, knowledgeable and willing to help by answering my never ending questions about selling my home and buying another. Her to the point answers and explanations have allowed me to understand the best way to approach this complicated task. Having never done this before her patience and understanding of my unique situation has given me a sense of comfort and has allowed me to relax instead of increasing my anxiety in navigating this unusual real estate market. I have not found this to be the case when dealing with other agents. I always recommend her to all my friends, family and colleagues who have all been happy with her responsive service and knowledge.

There aren’t enough stars to express how fantastic my experience was with Nancy. I got a referral for her from a neighborhood app when I was looking for a property manager. I live in another state and was selling my house in Beacon. Any time there was an issue with absolutely anything, Nancy was on top of it. She has such strong relationships in the area that there was never a problem finding the best person to fix any issue. She oversaw a job to rip out the kitchen floors and place new joists under the house, plus a million other big and little things, and when I finally got the chance to come up and inspect, I was so happy. It was all done beautifully. And lastly, she was always sure that we weren’t getting ripped off for any updates or fixes. Everyone she hired was very, very fairly priced. I’ll never forget when I texted her the crazy list of things that needed to get done (with incredible anxiety) and her response was “don’t worry at all, we’ll get it done!”, and then I just took a big sigh of relief and trusted her, and that was the best decision.
