Nancy Rea

We used Nancy Rea to sell a home in Tombstone while living in Europe. Absolutely perfect experience! She was methodical in her initial review of the property and thorough in her documentation of the listing. She saw to it that there were multiple ways of advertising the home to maximize exposure. Nancy was responsive to emails, essential for selling a home from overseas, and very quick with electronic paperwork required to ensure the quick sale of the house. She assisted, through recommendations, in how to handle estate issues and provided feedback to lawyers as required. Again, all very responsive and recommendations were always solid. She coordinated for inspectors and repair efforts, all working with the limited availability of options in the area and reaching out to Tucson when Sierra Vista options were not available to under resourced. Nancy Rea is a pure professional, whose understanding of the area and the market allowed us to net over 20k from what local competitors recommended for a sale price. Could not be happier with her efforts, personal and professional approach, and thoroughness. Can not make a higher recommendation as well. Would recommend her to family and friends alike.

I did not have a good experience with Nancy Rea. I told Nancy I wanted to pay cash for my purchase and didn't want a loan. I told her I wanted to see two condos both under contract, but I wanted to see them in case they fell through. Nancy agreed to do that and meet me at my hotel. I had enough to buy these condos and pay cash without a loan. I wanted to just go and see the condos but she insisted that we go to her office. When we got there she said one had already closed and the other one was soon to close so we could not see either one. Then she began to give me a very stern lecture that what I wanted was not out there and I would have to take out a loan. She continued to badger me and I finally just got up and left. She was rude and nasty. All she had to do was call me and tell me she could not show me the condos instead of wasting my time by taking me to her office. I was on my way out of town time with a lengthy road trip in front of me and didn't need to waste the time with her. She was dishonest and unethical in her interactions with me.
