We had to move our elderly parents out of state and next door and after they had lived in the same house for over 49 years it was a very big job!!! Nancy and Bailey was so helpful, respectful and professional in all our questions and helping us with everything, our parents didn’t understand computers and Nancy and Bailey did a lot of driving with paperwork to be sure they understood everything. There is no way we could have taken care of everything being out of state but it was so a big relief to know we had a realtor that cared and understood the situation. Copied everything to us being on the 3 way calls and all the emails on what was going on. We can absolutely say if we ever had to we would use Nancy again and her daughter Bailey. If we could we would have given them 10 stars!!

At our first meeting, Nancy and Bailey were poised, prepared and professional. However that isn't even the best part. Our situation was that I was assisting an elderly family friend in the selling of her mobile home, and although I lived on the Central Coast for 42 years, I had just moved to Ventura County. My friend's mobile home needed LOTS of TLC before we could sell it, and since I was not in the area to make that happen, Nancy had all the connections, made all the contacts, met all the workers, dealt with the HOA folks, drove papers to be signed to my non-driving family friend who now lived in Santa Maria, answered all my crazy questions, and always followed up with a call or text just to make sure I was in the know about the present and future timeline of it all. None of my words even get close to how grateful I am that Nancy and Bailey were on my team!! If you have the chance to work with them, take it!
