We had worked with 2 realtors prior to contacting Nancy and we were starting to lose hope. We had a few must-have standards for the neighborhood and basically no money. After graciously taking us on several pointless ventures to show me properties I had selected, Nancy took a list of our top needs and wants, triaged it perfectly and found us a house that was outside our tunnel vision and suited us perfectly. She was SO kind, patient, funny and you could just tell she knew what she was doing. In the end, the seller paid all closing costs, we kept our mortgage about $100 below budget and we couldn't have been happier with the process. I would recommend Nancy to anyone. You get the sense that she takes your needs seriously and is willing to go the extra mile for her clients. Even the somewhat difficult, unrealistic ones such as ourselves.
