Nancy assisted us with selling our condo, which sold in six days! She was very down-to-earth which made the entire process much less intimidating. Even while she was out of town for a conference, she would always return my calls within a day, if not within an hour. I even had to reach out to her well after the house was sold for some last-minute requests for some records, and she was always accommodating. With my husband away on business for a month, she was more than helpful when I was looking at what could potentially be wrong with the place. If it weren't for Nancy, I don't think we would have gotten this place as quickly as we did and as stressly as it was. It was a short sale and she made sure all the 'T's were crossed and if she even thought something would be wrong in the contract, she'd redo it. Nancy is knowledgable of the area and is very personable. She was always available to answer questions or address concerns. She is not a high pressure sales person and her concern is that the client is fully satisified with their decision. My purchase was of a bank owned property. Dealing witht he bank was a nightmare and she helped make it smoother. She is also former military and puts that experience to use in helping other military. She has also helped a friend purchase 2 properties and he is completely satisified. I would highly recommend her services and expertise to anyone.
