Great communication & friendly service. Thanks!

Nancy and Meredith provided us with the best service as our real estate agents. They sat down with us to go over our wish list and then immediately generated a list of 19 houses that we hadn’t even considered. Of those 19 there were 5 worth seeing, one of which we purchased. Nancy and Meredith were there every step of the process. I would be pleased to work with them again and again. They are an efficient and effective team. We highly recommend them. Thank you!

Meredith and Nancy were both professional and knowledgeable. They met all our expectations

We wanted to downsize and began at Hawk's Nest where we met Nancy and Meredith. It took us a year to find our new home. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helpful through our journey. As a team, they work great together. They always kept everyone up-to-date with texts. When we listed our current home, they gave helpful suggestions. It paid off because it sold in a day and a half over list price. We recommended Nancy and Meredith to our friends; they sold their home in just four days at list price.

The experience was very positive and we would definitely recommend them to any friends or family.

The Bailey Platek team did a wonderful job selling our house and helping every step of the way in purchasing our new condo.
