Nancy went the extra mile in helping us clear out and sell furniture that was still in the house when it sold. We live out of state, and this fact, plus the difficulty of finding buyers for the furniture during the coronavirus outbreak, made her offer to help invaluable to us. Nancy posted pictures on Facebook Marketplace and Craig's list, and was able to sell almost all the furniture, making extra trips to the house to meet with buyers, She passed all the funds on to us. When we offered her some money for her help, she refused it. She used her many good contacts to help sell the house. We would highly recommend her to any other prospective sellers or buyers.
