My fiancé and I worked solely with Nancy through a referral. We were working with another real estate agent that was not the right fit for us. We received the referral for Nancy and decided to see a few homes with her. We immediately made the switch. When we did finally find our home, she was very efficient in negotiating the price and throughout the closing process, even negotiating some extra things into our deal. There is definitely a stigma of agents being pushy and just trying to sell your home but Nancy is everything but that. She is kind and caring and will work with you tirelessly to make the extremely stressful process seem like a breeze.
