Nancy was professional, personable, and patient. She listened to our concerns and did an impressive job negotiating our needs with the buyer's agent. She was great at giving us information and would investigate further if she didn't know how to respond right away. She had sold other homes in our area, so she was familiar with what we viewed as important.
