I met Nancy when I needed an agent to help my 85-year-old mother find a home in the Lincoln area. It was a difficult situation, since my mother lived over two hours away and wasn't available to view homes except for on an occasional weekend here and there. Nancy was willing to work with me around this issue. She would send my mom listings to view from home and make herself available to show her homes whenever my mom could make it out to Lincoln. Since my mom needed to sell her old house before she could buy her new one, the timing had to be perfect. Nancy worked closely with my mother's selling agent to make sure that happened and everything went smoothly. She was very patient with my mother and explained the whole process so she could understand. Nancy was also very helpful in setting up the home inspection and other inspections needed and even found my mother an excellent professional contractor to help make some needed repairs. All in all, both my mom and I are so grateful to Nancy for making a very stressful and challenging time so much easier for both of us. I can not say enough about Nancy. She patiently worked with us until we found our dream home. Then she caught a problem the title company didn't even see, saving us thousands of dollars.
