Nancy Murray

Nancy Murray was my sellers agent when I recently sold my house in Fountain.  She did an absolutely amazing job, from the day we met her until after the closing.  My wife and I were probably not her easiest clients, as this was our first time selling a house, but she took our nervousness with good humor and walked us through the process.  Nancy responded to our communication promptly, and usually well outside normal business hours.  She took amazing pictures of our house, and wrote a very good advertisement for it.  The online presence she created for our house was outstanding as well.  Her hard work paid off, and our house sold for the full asking price.  She even went the extra mile and mailed us some kitchen utensils in a drawer we forgot to check! One thing that particularly impressed me was Nancy's strict adherence to the timeline once we got under contract.  The schedule was set, and Nancy did both her and some of the buyer's agent's jobs to ensure that all tasks were completed by their due dates.  That really set my mind at ease, particularly as I was dealing with buying a house with someone who wasn't as time-conscious. I would highly recommend Nancy Murray to anyone looking to sell their house, and I imagine she would be just as good of a buyers agent.
