Honestly, I was going through a traumatic time in my life, and could not focus very much on this evaluation, as I was dealing with a divorce and forced relocation. Fortunately the sale of the property on Garley Lane went fairly smoothly. As my purchase of property that I was moving to was extremely stressful. At present, my life is slowly calming down and returning to some level of normalcy. Appreciate Nancy's efforts and professionalism in hindsight. Thanks.
