About twenty years ago, when I bought my property, Nancy was indirectly involved as broker--everything went smoothly. Now, when I sold the same property, Nancy was directly involved as selling agent and broker. Again, everything went smoothly, because Nancy is a very fine realtor. She is kind, efficient, hard-working, personable, aggressive when necessary, but never over-bearing, always makes herself available, and is really knowledgeable. If I ever have the need to sell another piece of property, Nancy Montoya will be my choice. I would recommend her to anyone.
