Nancy Mizrahi

Nancy Mizrahi and Michael Burns and the ultimate real estate agents/brokers. We met renting a property with them during the summer of 2016 and that summer Nancy started showing us homes to buy. We conducted an exhaustive search throughout several towns in the Hamptons. First, Nancy did not only show you the house, she explained the advantages and disadvantages of living in this part of town. Second, she would not hesitate to point our flaws with a home making her trust worthy and honest. Third, instead of sending assistants to show us homes, they showed every home themselves. Fourth, they were great listeners so when we learned together our needs and desires, she adopted our search to exactly what we are looking for. Fifth, even after we entered the contract they were present every step of the way, including making sure the house was built well and getting us beach passes and letting us know the local events around town. I know we must have been exhausting but Nancy and Michael always came with a smile. They are the best brokers I have ever encountered in 25 years in the business. I could not give them a higher recommendation.

Nancy, is exactly the kind of broker anyone would want to work with over and over again. We found a house that we loved, but we did not like the location. Nancy encouraged us to speak to the builder to see if he could build us that house elsewhere. We never thought it would happen, but with Nancy's gentle, professional guidance and negotiations, we now live in our dream house!! Nancy truly understood our needs and never wasted our time. We thank Nancy every time we walk through our front door!!

Nancy is the best real estate broker I have ever worked with in the Hamptons. She has many years of experience and is excellent at both home sales and purchases. I would not work with anyone other than Nancy.

Nancy is a true professional who worked tirelessly on my behalf when my house was for sale. She is kind, patient, responsive to requests, knowledgeable and paid great attention to the smallest of details. An absolute top-notch real estate professional
