Really listened to us

We started looking in spring 2023. We were new to the area and not sure where we wanted to be. We are going to be here 5 or 6 months at the beginning then eventually be here full time. Nancy listened to our concerns, tastes, and life style. We looked at several in 2023 but never really felt it was "right" either time wise, location or maybe we just weren't ready. We never felt pressure. Nancy encouraged us to look at different areas etc.. This year we started anew. We found the general area and meet Nancy for several showings..first one struck a hit with us both. We did look at the others we had schedualed but we came back to the first one. We made an offer that day and closed 3 weeks later . Again Nancy was so helpful with reccomendations for inspections and made our closing painless. Will definately reccommend Nancy to family and friends. She didn't find us a house she found us a home.
