Nancy Mikulas

Nancy made our out-of-state house hunting easy. We were relocating from Arizona to Maryland. Due to Covid travel restrictions and our tight timeline, we had to buy a house without seeing it in person. Nancy toured the homes, we were interested in with us on video conference, so we could get a closer look at the home. As we found homes, we were interested in, she would tell us what amenities were in the area, such as grocery stores and restaurants. Her kindness didn’t stop when we signed the papers, she checked in on us as we neared our moving date to see if there was anything, she could do for us. Nancy is excellent to work with!

Nancy gave us great advice on selling our parents home. Our first meeting she walked thru and made suggestions and asked questions about our goal for the sale. She suggested that we address a few minor repairs, some yard work and paint as the house had been rented out for 11 years. She had knowledge of the area and had a list of comps that had sold. We went with her suggested list price, and got a contract in 4 days. She worked hard on follow up with settlement company and keep us informed of inspections every step of the way.
