We decided to work with Nancy because we trusted her. Early on in our house search, we were reluctant to commit to a Realtor. Having moved from New York City, most of our recent experiences with agents were unpleasant. As we embarked upon the process of finding a house, we anticipated more of the same. In spite of this trepidation, after a meeting with Nancy, we wanted to work with her. In addition to her knowledge of the area, understanding for the market, and professionalism, her warm disposition and sense of humor endeared her to us. When we asked her to work with us, we knew we were in good hands.<br/><br/>We can say with certainty that if it was not for Nancy, we would not have found our new home. After a few disappointments following a whirlwind search, we were ready to give up. However, Nancy encouraged us to keep searching, and eventually “our home” came on the market. We attribute the success of the deal to her tenacity and superb negotiation skills. And even though all the papers have been signed, Nancy still is a resource for us as new homeowners. We always know we can call her for advice.
