Nancy was the realtor for the sale of a family member's property that is located in On Top of the World in Ocala, FL. Her extensive knowledge of a lot of "OTOW" and/or "Florida" unique requirements was extremely helpful throughout the sale. Although there was not always agreement on strategy, Nancy was completely professional in our dealings even when the family member's POA didn't agree with her own opinion. I would recommend her to anyone that is dealing with the purchase or sale of property that happens to be located within OTOW.

Nancy brought the buyer to us without having to advertise on the mls system. Nancy was knowledgeable, experienced, and patient. She took us through all the details of the RE contract and title closing. She has referrals to handymen who can repair sprinklers, and other issues that may have to be repaired for completion of the sale.
