Working with Judy was a delight. The process had the feel of working with a trusted friend. She was generous with her time and knowledge, and respectful of our goals and the limitations we set: if a property didn't fit, she let it go as quickly as we did.

Judy and Nancy helped us finding our perfect house in 2009 and they were very present every step of the way. They took us to many different neighborhoods and several houses of different styles until we figured out what and where we wanted to live, and they were also very helpful on the closing process. The flexibility, knowledge and full attention we got from the team was key to finding our perfect new home! We would recommend their work for any of our friends and family :-) - and whoever else is out there :-)

When my mother passed away, I needed to empty, clean, and prepare both her house and the property for sale. Judy and Nancy were a wonderful help with each step along the way. Though the market was a difficult one, they found the perfect family able to pay our price and we closed the deal quickly without setbacks.
