This is the 3rd house that I've had Nancy sell for me. She has been there with advice throughout, from suggestions on how to get the house ready to show through closing. She really represents our interests in negotiating with buyers, and she really goes above and beyond. We were going to be out of town on closing day so she took the check to our bank and deposited it for us.
