From the start of this sale she was on top of any issues that arose and was on point with suggestions and guidance to me on this circa 1870 Estate home sale. Nancy's innate understanding of the housing market allowed us to get very reasonable sale price. Unfortunately the buyers inspection found issues negating the sale. Nancy immediately switched gears and worked the housing contractor network. Nancy got us 3 different price points resulting in a sale.
